Rewrite the Sidebar

SidebarUA needs to be rewritten so that it doesn't subclass the Screenlets class. (There's no need, and it just complicates the design.) It needs to function as a sidebar (hovering on the side of the screen) and it should be included in Universal Applets Core in src/bin/ua-sidebar.
