Update the Default Theme

Now is probably a good time to experiment with changing to a new theme (e.g. Moheli). Some things to try and achieve with the new theme:
1. The window with focus stands out (e.g. different colour menu bar).
2. The window border is wide enough to be easily grabbed.
3. Good high resolution theme with good icon size with high resolution monitors.
