To have internet time syncronizing enabled by default

Registered by Wladston Viana

Since (at least in my conceptions) the vast majority of computer users, once they notice they can keep their system clock perfectly tuned with NTP support on gnome, enable it, why not to leave it enabled by default ?

Since Ubuntu is an internet-orinted system, I don't see why not.
