Don't try to execute windows files (mainly the .txt ones!)

Ubuntu tries to execute by default windows files, and this doesn't seem to make much logic...
My suggestion is to mark all, or at least the plain .txt files in the windows partitions as non-executable.
This way, the user doesn't need to reply the "Do you want to display or execute the file?" when trying to read a windows .txt file
