With the recent overhaul of REVU going on, its pretty clear an overarching blueprint which keeps track of everything going in is needed. This is a meta-blueprint which has dependencies on all features currently planned.
As a blueprint is implemented, it can be rolled out to production, and the blueprint closed; once all the blueprints are closed, REVU2 can be considered released ;-).
