sword-language-packs was created. This source generates sword-language-pack-* metapackages by language.

language-selector is going to be patched to allow installing the sword-language-pack-* metapackages when libsword5c2a is installed in the system. That also applies to installation.

Adding the right seed file to the liveCD allows to install the packages. See bug #58058.
