Fast working tree state format

This format is tuned for fast parsing, and immediate access to all the information needed to do a commit or status - no roundtrips should be needed to show 'status'. It combines the data for 'basis', 'current', and 'parents'. This may be suboptimal for incremental operations like 'add' and 'remove' and 'rename', but should be good for 'diff' and 'status' and 'commit'.
