Merge and pull from bundles by piping into bzr

Bzr now supports using bundles for merge or pulling, but requires the bundles to be written to a temporary file. It would be nice to support copy n paste, or pipe style operations. This will assist in other specs such as the submit-by-mail [the trivial non-pqm case] where it eliminates needing a temp file.
