Enable drag and drop of the PTS graphs into the GUI for easy comparison

Users should be able to drag and drop the result graph of a result into the PTS gui. Use the global ID tag obtained from (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/phoronix-test-suite/+spec/embed-globalid-in-graphs), the PTS gui should start a comparison test against the said global id.
