"What's New" Page in Launchpad

Launchpad should have a "News" page (syndicated on the front page) reporting information about new features in Launchpad, and about use of Launchpad (such as adoption of Launchpad applications by a new distribution or a major upstream organization).

2008-08-01: Rinchen - Marking as obsolete. This functionality exists by hand today and will be fed from the Launchpad project announcements. We also have the news blog. We do not want to publish a changelog at this time because we have milestone listings which list the features at a much more readable abstraction.
