Karma for the support tracker

In a support tracker, where the community is expected to be the ones who answer the requests, karma play a huge role. We should define how much karma each action in the support tracker gives, and record that. We should also display the karma in a way that encourages people to answer requests in order to get more karma. In order to do this, we have to think more locally in respects to karma. Karma that has been gathered in Malone or Rosetta isn't that important here, when you are in the support tracker, you should see who has the most karma within the support tracker, who has answered the most requests, and so on.
