Fast jail VFS operations

Jail VFS (now fileservice) operations are horrendously slow, as they incur a CPython interpreter startup for each call. The trampoline replacement should be leveraged to maintain a VFS daemon inside each jail, so filesystem operations can be ultra-fast.
