Make ebcde modular enough so that it can be more easily extended.

In its current form, abcde, which is the base for ebcde, is one single bash script. While a lot of features have already been implemented for different encoding formats, different rippers etc, its current architecture doesn't easily allow for adding new audio formats or ripping/tagging tools. This blueprint outlines the plan on breaking ebcde into several pieces, making it very modular, and easily extendable.
