Activate usplash during the hibernation process

In order to conceal scary kernel messages, and provide some instruction and indication of progress to the user, usplash could be activated during the hibernation process.
Progress indication is likely to be limited with the current swsusp implementation, and the question of when to power off the display should be considered.
