Start network installation from windows

Implement a very simple installer that let the user start Ubuntu installation from Windows without any CDROM and without configuring the BIOS.
The installer will do the minimum in order to start the network debian installer without booting from a CDROM. That is, installing the kernel, the initrd and a GRUB4DOS to the hard disk.
