Further improvements of Kubuntu laptop support

Edgy made some progress in terms of laptop support with improved support for laptop buttons and new power manager applet. In Feisty we need to review the remaining open issues (suspend/hibernate keys...) and improvements (idle time suspend). We should also reconsider new development in power-management infrastructure (hal with pm-utils & cpufreq; kpowersave working with hal)
