Improve Evolutions look and feel, make it GTK compliant

Evolution has many deficiencies: Mostly in user interface, also in stability. A mail client is an essential part of the distribution and needs to work. It is also largely not GTK compliant. As the standard mail client, this is not tolerable and needs to get more attention. See the wiki for details on the UI.
