Upload Curriculum Doc and Link to Comp

This request coming from one of our most faithful and committed instructor users (Cindy Schall in Advanced Animal Science)... teachers have a lot of curriculum as just a word doc or power point on their computer. She wants to be able to upload a doc to CanDo and associate it to a specific competency. This would be a second option to go along with linking to a web page for that curriculum.
